Big Greens is a lawn care and snowplowing business that started with a kid and his lawnmower. 14 years and hundreds of lawns later, they were trying to move primarily into commercial & industrial accounts but were struggling to compete in their market.
Together, we built them a new brand identity system, including a new voice and messaging guide. That led to a slew of brand applications: website, apparel, vinyl decals, videos, digital ads, social media strategy and an automated lead generation flow.
Within 6 months, the lead generation campaign created more than $6mm in potential revenue and realized over $900k in new revenue, and won them top-tier clients like Google and Mt. Carmel Hospital. Big Greens went from being a sub-contractor to national landscape brands, to bidding large-scale industrial accounts against those brands, and winning them.
Within 1 year, in spite of the COVID pandemic, sales revenue outperformed the previous sales tactic by 500%.
