Where I came from

For 5 or 6 years after school, I made pictures of bands for record labels and magazines.

Then I joined forces with a designer and we started BLDG, a creative studio, print shop, and art gallery in Kentucky.

After a couple of years, it was time to move on to a bigger city. So I moved to Chicago and started Nelson Cash, a branding and design studio.

At some point, I needed a change of pace and more meaning in my work. So I joined the Design Museum of Chicago to build exhibits and engagement.

Then one day, I discovered mushroom cultivation and became fascinated with it. I spent 5 years building computer-controlled environments for mushroom growth through Sojourn Fare.

These days I spend my days building and renovating homes with Buildcraft and making healing mushrooms accessible to the masses.
